Privacy Policy

The short version: the game collects nothing about you. It has no accounts, no adverts, no analytics and no trackers, and it does not send anything anywhere. Everything it remembers is stored on your phone, and we cannot see it. The only personal data we ever handle is what you choose to send us by email.
Who is responsible

What the game stores on your device
So you can carry on where you left off, the game saves the following in its own storage on your phone:
- your recent run results (with the date and time each run ended), best score and totals
- the coins you have collected and anything you have bought in the in-game shop
- which cats you have met
- your daily tasks and their progress
- your settings: chosen language, and whether sound is on
None of this identifies you, none of it is sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it. If you back up your phone to iCloud or to a computer, your phone includes these saves in that backup, as it does for every app; that backup is yours and we have no access to it. Deleting the app removes the saves from your phone; copies inside your own backups stay until those backups are replaced.
What the game does not do
- no account, sign-up, email address or password
- no adverts and no advertising identifiers
- no analytics, no crash reporting, no trackers, no cookies
- no location, contacts, microphone or camera access
- no third-party software development kits of any kind
- no internet connection is needed to play, and the game makes no network requests
The one exception is the "Privacy policy" link inside the game: tapping it opens this page in Safari, like any web link.
Sharing your score
The result screen has a Share button. If you tap it, your phone's own sharing panel opens with a line of text naming your score, and you choose where it goes — a message, a note, nothing at all. That is handled entirely by your phone; we are not involved and we do not see it.
This web page
This page is served from a server in London, United Kingdom, rented from DigitalOcean. Like any web server it has to see your device's internet (IP) address to send you the page, but it keeps no record of visits: there is no access log, no cookie and no analytics. If the server itself fails, its error record may contain the address of a device connected at that moment; error records are deleted automatically within 14 days.
If you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message. We use them only to answer you and, if you are exercising a data protection right, to deal with that request. We keep the conversation for up to two years after it ends, then delete it. Email is handled through Microsoft 365 (Outlook), so messages are stored on Microsoft's servers, which may be outside Türkiye. Please do not send anything sensitive by email.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data at all, and shows no advertising, there is nothing collected from children either.
Your data rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698, Article 11) and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask whether we hold data about you, see it, have it corrected or deleted, learn who it was shared with, and object. In practice the only data we can hold about you is an email conversation you started. Write to the email address above, or by post or KEP to the addresses at the top of this page; we answer within 30 days and free of charge. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game adds a feature that does handle your data — a planned one lets you make a souvenir picture with a photo of yourself — this page will be updated before that version is released, and the game will ask for your clear agreement before anything leaves your phone.

- hangi kedilerle tanıştığınız
- günlük görevleriniz ve ilerlemeniz
- ayarlarınız: seçtiğiniz dil ve sesin açık olup olmadığı
Bunların hiçbiri sizi tanımlamaz, hiçbiri bize ya da başka birine gönderilmez, biz göremeyiz. Telefonunuzu iCloud'a ya da bir bilgisayara yedeklerseniz, telefonunuz her uygulamada olduğu gibi bu kayıtları da yedeğe dahil eder; o yedek sizindir ve bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Uygulamayı silmek kayıtları telefonunuzdan siler; kendi yedeklerinizdeki kopyalar, o yedekler yenilenene kadar kalır.

Skorunuzu paylaşmak
Sonuç ekranında bir Paylaş düğmesi var. Dokunduğunuzda telefonunuzun kendi paylaşım ekranı açılır; skorunuzu yazan bir satır metni nereye göndereceğinize siz karar verirsiniz — bir mesaja, bir nota ya da hiçbir yere. Bu işlem tamamen telefonunuzda gerçekleşir; biz dahil olmayız ve göremeyiz.

Bu sayfa, DigitalOcean'dan kiralanan, Londra'daki (Birleşik Krallık) bir sunucudan yayınlanır. Her web sunucusu gibi, sayfayı size gönderebilmek için cihazınızın internet (IP) adresini görmek zorundadır; ancak ziyaret kaydı tutmaz: erişim logu, çerez ve analiz aracı yoktur. Hukuki sebep: sorunuza cevap verilmesindeki meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f) ve başvurularda hukuki yükümlülüğümüzü yerine getirmek (KVKK m.5/2-ç).
Toplama yöntemi: sizin gönderdiğiniz e-posta (elektronik ortamda, otomatik olmayan yolla).
Saklama süresi: yazışma bittikten sonra en fazla iki yıl; sonra silinir.
Aktarım: e-postalar Microsoft 365 (Outlook) üzerinden yürütüldüğü için Microsoft'un sunucularında saklanır; bu sunucular Türkiye dışında olabilir. Başka kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Lütfen e-postayla hassas bilgi göndermeyin.
Çocuklar
Oyun her yaşa uygundur. Hiçbir kişisel veri toplamadığı ve reklam göstermediği için, çocuklardan da toplanan bir şey yoktur.
KVKK m.11 kapsamındaki haklarınız
Veri sorumlusuna başvurarak şu haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz:
- kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenmek, işlenmişse bilgi talep etmek
- işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenmek
- yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilmek
- eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini istemek
- KVKK m.7'deki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini istemek
- düzeltme ve silme işlemlerinin, verinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini istemek
- münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etmek
- kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etmek
Başvurunuzu adınız, soyadınız ve talebinizle yukarıdaki e-posta adresine ya da yazılı olarak sayfanın başındaki posta adresine veya KEP adresine iletebilirsiniz. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde ve ücretsiz olarak cevaplanır. Cevabı yeterli bulmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na (kvkk.gov.tr) şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz. Uygulamada tutabileceğimiz tek veri, sizin başlattığınız bir e-posta yazışmasıdır.
Bu politikadaki değişiklikler
Oyunun ileriki bir sürümü verinizle ilgilenen bir özellik eklerse — planlanan özelliklerden biri kendi fotoğrafınızla bir hatıra kartı oluşturmanıza izin verecek — bu sayfa o sürüm yayınlanmadan önce güncellenir ve telefonunuzdan bir şey çıkmadan önce oyun sizden açık onay ister.
